Traditional aviation gasoline, still widely used across the industry, contains lead — a legacy solution that carries clear environmental and health implications. At Aviation Career Center, we have chosen a different path.

Our aircraft operate on RON95 unleaded fuel, significantly reducing harmful emissions and eliminating lead from our flight operations. The result is a cleaner training environment — not only in the air, but also for the communities surrounding it.

In an industry where change is often gradual, this represents a conscious and meaningful step forward.

Efficiency as responsibility

Sustainability is not defined by fuel alone. It is also reflected in how operations are designed and conducted.

Our training environment in Maribor allows for a level of efficiency that naturally reduces unnecessary impact. With minimal taxi times, uncongested airspace, and close proximity between accommodation and the airport, operations remain streamlined and purposeful.

Aviation Career Center provides a structured scholarship framework, supporting selected candidates with a 23% tuition contribution, while partner governments co-finance the remaining training costs. This model ensures that talented individuals can access professional pilot training regardless of financial limitations, while maintaining strong national involvement and long-term commitment.

Each partnership is designed with flexibility, allowing alignment with national aviation strategies, workforce planning, and regulatory requirements.

Internationally recognized training

Students enrolled in the program undergo a complete, EASA-certified training pathway, progressing from initial flight training through to commercial pilot qualification.

Training is conducted in Slovenia under strict European Union Aviation Safety Agency standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and global recognition. The program integrates theoretical instruction, advanced simulation, and practical flight training within a structured and performance-driven environment.
