EASA 0–ATPL Programme

The foundation of a professional aviation career

Every pilot begins with a single decision — to commit to a path defined by discipline, responsibility, and precision.
The EASA 0–ATPL Programme at Aviation Career Center is designed to transform that decision into a structured and uncompromising journey. From zero experience to professional readiness, this program provides the foundation required to enter the aviation industry with confidence.

A complete pathway to the cockpit

The 0–ATPL Programme is created for individuals with no prior aviation experience who have chosen to pursue a career as a professional pilot.

Within a period of approximately 18 to 24 months, students progress through a fully integrated training system, culminating in a “frozen” Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) — the highest level of theoretical pilot certification.

In addition, the program includes:

  • Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC)
  • Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (A-UPRT)

Together, these elements ensure that graduates are prepared not only to qualify, but to transition into airline environments.

Structured training, real outcomes

The program combines over 265 hours of flight and simulator training with more than 1,000 hours of theoretical instruction, creating a comprehensive and balanced development process.

Training is delivered in clearly defined phases, beginning with fundamental flight skills and progressing toward complex, multi-engine and instrument operations. Each stage introduces new levels of responsibility, ensuring that development remains continuous and aligned with professional aviation standards.

From the earliest weeks, students are introduced to real flying — entering the cockpit within a short period and beginning to build practical experience from the outset.

A professional training environment

Training at Aviation Career Center is conducted in conditions that reflect real aviation.

Students operate from an international airport, fly within controlled airspace, and train across multiple European countries. This exposure develops operational awareness, adaptability, and confidence — essential qualities for any professional pilot.

Instruction is delivered by experienced airline pilots and instructors, ensuring that knowledge is not theoretical, but grounded in real-world practice.

Modern glass-cockpit aircraft and advanced simulation systems further align the training environment with the expectations of today’s aviation industry.

Defined by performance

Completion of the program results in a frozen ATPL, enabling graduates to apply for First Officer positions across the global aviation market — including passenger airlines, cargo operators, and corporate aviation.

Graduates of Aviation Career Center are already flying with airlines across Europe and beyond, reflecting the strength of preparation and relevance of training.

Success is not measured by certification alone.

It is defined by the ability to perform.

A transparent and complete investment

The 0–ATPL Programme is offered as a fully inclusive training solution, with a total investment of:

€74,000

This includes:

  • Full flight and simulator training
  • Complete ATPL theoretical course
  • MCC and A-UPRT training
  • Examination flights, landing fees, and regulatory costs
  • Medical certification and renewals
  • Training materials and digital learning tools
  • Pilot equipment, including uniform and accessories

There are no hidden costs.
All required elements are included to ensure clarity and confidence throughout the training process.

Flexible payment structure

To support different financial approaches, payment options are structured with flexibility:

  • Full upfront payment (with preferential conditions)
  • Monthly instalment plans
  • Extended payment options aligned with training progression

This ensures that financial planning remains clear and manageable throughout the program.

A step beyond — optional premium pathway

For students seeking an even higher level of preparation, an optional upgrade to the Premium 0–ATPL Programme is available.

This includes additional individual instructor mentoring during cross-country phases, providing deeper guidance, refinement of skills, and enhanced operational confidence.

A global training experience

Training is not limited to a single location.

Students gain experience flying across Slovenia and neighboring countries, including Italy, Austria, Croatia, and Hungary. This exposure to different airspace structures and operational procedures develops adaptability — a critical skill in modern aviation.

Built for progression

The program is structured in four key phases:

  • Initial Flight Training — development of core skills and discipline
  • ATPL Theory & Navigation — comprehensive knowledge and cross-country experience
  • Multi-Engine & Instrument Training — precision and system management
  • Commercial Preparation — CPL, MCC, and advanced training for airline readiness

Each phase builds on the previous one, ensuring consistent and measurable progression.

What defines the ACC approach

At Aviation Career Center, training is intentionally selective.

Limited student intake ensures that each individual receives focused attention, precise instruction, and continuous feedback. This approach allows for a level of quality and consistency that cannot be achieved at scale.

The objective is clear:

Not to train more pilots — but to train better ones.

Your path forward

Upon completion, graduates are positioned to continue directly into:

  • Type Rating training (A320 / B737)
  • Airline recruitment processes
  • Professional aviation careers across global operators

The 0–ATPL Programme provides the essential foundation — structured, complete, and aligned with industry expectations.

The beginning of something greater

Becoming a pilot is not a single milestone.

It is a progression — one that begins with the right training, in the right environment, under the right standards.
